SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Your Blu Paraiso garment will be shipped with an insurance and tracking number you’ll be sent once your order is dispatched.
We offer flat rates for the United States, we ship orders everyday except on weekends. Please note Blu Paraiso is not responsible for courier delays.
1 ITEM STANDARD SHIPPING (3 to 4 days): 9 USD
2 ITEMS OR MORE STANDARD SHIPPING (3 to 4 days): FREE
1 ITEM EXPRESS SHIPPING (1 to 2 days): 20 USD
2 ITEMS OR MORE EXPRESS SHIPPING (1 to 2 days): 30 USD
Preorder items and embroidered vintage are shipped directly from Mexico using insured services from Fedex or DHL. Expected arrival date is approximately 6/8 days from the order date.
VAT AND TAXES
Prices in € displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT.
Garments shipped from Mexico may be subject to custom duties and/or taxes. You will be responsible for paying these when receiving your order. In case of refusal upon delivery, you will not be reimbursed for your order. Unfortunately Blu Paraiso is unable to advise on rates, please consult your custom office for more information.
DISCOUNTS AND FREE SHIPPING
Discounts and free shipping cannot be combined.
We have a general 10 days return policy starting on the delivery date.
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be in the same conditions as when receiving them, unworn and unwashed. THEY MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING INCLUDING ALL TAGS AND THE BLUE FABRIC BAG.
Blu Paraiso is not liable for the cost of return shipping unless it is part of a temporary offer.
If your item is faulty, email us at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Exchanges are not possible.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
1- EMAIL US
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, your details and the reason for the return. We will send you a confirmation email with the steps to follow.
You have the choice to organise your own shipment or use the Blu Paraiso return label we will send you by email. We will deduct the cost of your label from your refund. The cost of your return label is approximately the same as the initial shipment cost.
2- PACK YOUR PARCEL SECURELY AND USE A TRACKING SERVICE TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS
Pack your purchase securely and use a tracking service, this will reduce the risk of damage or loss in transit. Blu Paraiso is not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged parcels.
Remember you are considered the owner of your item until it reaches our warehouse. We can only process refunds once your items have been received and inspected.
3- INSPECTION PROCESS AND REFUNDS
Once received, your item will be inspected and the return approved or denied. We will notify you by email and process the refund within 1 week using the original method of payment. It may take up to 2 weeks before your refund appears on your account due to banking times. Blu Paraiso is not responsible for these delays.
